Service Description

Moving with intention between standing and seated postures to develop strength and flexibility, whilst focusing on the breath to restore balance to the mind and body. Hatha translates from Sankrit to mean "Sun / Moon", which can be interpreted as balance. Hatha also translates as "strong" or "forceful" .. so postures can be challenging! This class is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with a developing practice. The structure of the class: - Breathwork: We start the class by going inward, connecting with our breath, getting into our parasympathetic nervous system and setting an intention for our practice. - Yoga Asana (postures): We start with gentle, mat based stretches to warm up the body so we can move into more dynamic, challenging postures. - Meditation: we close down by moving into stillness, going within and letting the body and mind rest. The experience leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!


Cancellation Policy

Bookings: When booking either a single or multiple class pass, please book onto the desired session via the website. Alternatively, please inform me of your attendance via email / whatsapp. Cancellation policy: Due to the limited spaces available, if you are unable to make a class, please cancel / reschedule before the class begins. If a cancellation is made with less than an hours notice, a refund or class date swap will only be given if the class is not full / the spot is filled by someone on waitlist.
